Do unused hours roll over in the Monthly Management plan?

No. Monthly Management is a subscription service with dedicated 30 hours that refresh each billing cycle. For flexible availability without monthly commitments, consider our Daily Support instead.

What if one of us can't attend a scheduled working session?

For Daily Support: If your presence is required, we can reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full day rate.

For Monthly Management: We'll reschedule within the same billing cycle or catch up via async tools like Loom.

What does "2 rounds of revision" mean?

These rounds apply to the design phase in new development projects only:

  • Round 1: After initial design, you review and request changes.
  • Round 2: Final review for adjustments after changes are applied.

Additional revisions may require extra agreements or fees.

How does billing work?

We start with a discovery meeting to determine the best Laratamic tier for your needs. If we're a good fit, we offer secure, location-tailored payment methods. There's no long-term commitment - you can cancel anytime.
